Pat McDonnell
Production Manager
Pat McDonnell joined the Arconas Team as the Production Manager in April 2009. Prior to this, he was with La-Z-Boy Furniture and Softcare Innovations in Waterloo. Pat brings a wealth of production and manufacturing knowledge and experience to Arconas. He was a member of La-Z-Boy’s corporate Lean Manufacturing Conversion Team moving production from mass production to a Team one piece flow system that shortened production time from cut to ship. This experience with manufacturing efficiencies is an asset to the work Pat is responsible for at Arconas.
Pat has a certificate in Advanced Industrial Engineering from Conestoga College in Kitchener Ontario.
