Gladys Mitsuy

Gladys Mitsuy joined Arconas in 2008 with more than 26 years in the airport industry. That experience is invaluable in her role as Sales Support for the Airport Solutions team. Gladys monitors order input, production, customer service, providing end-to-end client support.
Originally from Peru, South America, she has worked in a wide variety of positions, including call centre management, baggage handling, customer service and with an international equipment manufacturer. Her ability to speak both English and Spanish is a great asset in working with clients such as the San Jose International Airport in Costa Rica and will be utilized in her support role on the international scene.
