Sales Process

At Arconas, we have defined a 10-step process to work with our clients. This ensures that their needs are heard and met. From initial consultation to final inspection, we are able to accommodate client requests while delivering a quality product.


1.  Clients are assigned a seating specialist that is experienced and knowledgeable in their particular industry.  Our people are active members of industry trade associations and government buying programs, ensuring that they are on top of the latest trends, processes and security requirements. They include: Airports Council International (ACI), Association of American Airport Executives (AAAE), Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO) and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).

2.  We take a consultative approach and conduct a full needs assessment to ensure our most suitable products are matched to a customer's specific requirements.  Arconas account executives, engineering and design professionals are fully trained to assist with product selection, layout planning, configurations, finishes, optional accessories, etc.

3.  Arconas provides a customized seating solution to its customers that will meet or exceed their expectations.

4.  Products are produced to customer's unique specifications within the established timeframe.

5.  Arconas works with its clients to create an appropriate attic stock program. This ensures that an inventory for repairs and maintenance is readily available.

6.  Clients receive a clear delivery and installation plan with identified key dates, taking into account all unique aspects of the installation, including security and other requirements.

7.  Assembly and installation is project managed in a professional and courteous manner, which is coordinated through a local professional installer, who has been fully trained by Arconas personnel.

8.  Arconas conducts a final inspection with our clients to address any and all outstanding punch list items in a timely manner.

9.  Customers receive a comprehensive maintenance package, including the appropriate warranty information. Personalized maintenance briefings with operations and custodial personnel can be arranged if desired. Arconas can develop and arrange for an optional ongoing maintenance program for all installations if required.  

10.  Arconas is committed to providing professional and responsive ongoing post-installation follow-up for the entire lifecycle of our products.
