ARCONAS’ Business Size: Other than small.
4. Does ARCONAS accept Government purchase card orders?
9a Government Purchase Card orders are accepted at or below the micro-purchase threshold.
9b Government Purchase Card orders are accepted at or above the micro-purchase threshold (Maximum $25,000.00, no discount).

6. Does ARCONAS accept open market orders?
ARCONAS accepts open market (non-contract) orders at competitive pricing. Please contact your ARCONAS Sales Representative.
7. Does ARCONAS accept orders for overseas destinations?
Yes. The geographic coverage (delivery ) area for the ARCONAS GSA contracts is within the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. The F.O.B.(Origin) Points are F.O.B. Point of Embarkation for orders placed by overseas destinations. Ocean freight charges are the responsibility of the government client.
8. Can I get products on an expedited basis?

9. Can I get products on overnight and 2nd day delivery?
Not available.
10. What is ARCONAS’ policy on revised orders?
See returns, or cancelled orders.
11. What is ARCONAS’ policy on cancelled orders?
Client will not be charged for any cancellation if order is canceled in writing to Arconas Corporation prior to start of production or purchase of special fabric. If production is in process, client will only be charged costs incurred that cannot be recovered within a reasonable length of time (6 months).
12. What is ARCONAS’ policy on returned orders?
There will be a 25% restocking charge. No returns accepted without written authorization from Arconas Corporation. Client is responsible for freight (both ways).
13. What are Arconas’ lead times?
Lead times vary. Please contact Customer Service for lead times on your order.
14. Are Arconas’ products available on GSA Advantage?
Yes.
