Dorothy Tapley
Manager, Contracts & Human Resources
Since 2000, Dorothy Tapley has been working as the Controller and overseeing all aspects of our accounting department. Due to recent growth at Arconas, Dorothy has moved to a new role as Manager of Contracts and Human Resources. In this new role, Dorothy will continue caring for all HR functions as well as Collections, Bonding, Insurance, Letters of Credit and legal issues associated with Arconas’ contracts.
Prior to joining Arconas, Dorothy was employed as an executive with Millcreek Manufacturing and was responsible for the Finance and HR departments. Her employment with the Tekpak Group of companies provided her with extensive experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment with offices in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, New York and New Jersey.
Dorothy’s expertise in working with smaller companies, allows her to utilize her versatility and strong decision-making assets.
