Our airport solutions team recently returned from exhibiting at ACI-NA / World, a premier event for aviation industry professionals, that gives attendees the opportunity to partake in first class educational sessions with some of the best leaders in the industry. Taking place this year in Montreal, Canada, ACI-NA World welcomed over 2100 delegates from more than 200 airports and airport authorities including airport directors, senior airport management, and commissioners. Arconas saw a big attendance at its booth where it displayed its suite of offerings for airport clients.
At this conference Arconas was excited to launch the newest addition to our collection of public furniture: The Morelli bench. Michel Morelli, President of Morelli Designers, even stopped by to see the piece that his company designed.

In addition to its traditional suite of seating, power, and waste and recycling solutions, Arconas also displayed products from its European partners: Auweko, Green Furniture Concept, and USM Airportsystems. Arconas has exclusive distribution of these brands to airports throughout the Americas, making it a one-stop-shop for Airport clients in this region.
On Sunday during the trade show Arconas hosted its signature champagne reception alongside Airbiz and CNN Airport Network. Following this, Arconas and Airbiz co-hosted a dinner with some 60 airport clients and specifiers at the beautiful Auberge Ste-Gabriel restaurant.
The party continued on Tuesday with a meet and greet with Peter Bergen, the conferences key-note speaker. At the same time the booth also featured a maple taffy on snow demonstration, giving delegates an authentic taste of Canada.

On the closing day of the event, we were also honoured to be visited by Marc Garneau, Canada’s Minister of Transportation. It was great to see the support of the Canadian government at this event.
