Client Relationship Manager – Atelier Keaton

We are now ready to hire a Client Relationship Manager to introduce Atelier Keaton to Canada (the world).

The role is well suited to someone with a flair for selling luxury European furniture, kitchens, and/or architectural products.

We are a privately-owned company that has earned recognition as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed companies five consecutive years in a row.

Compensation will be a base salary plus monthly commissions. Initial interviews will be held over MS TEAMS.

Job purpose  
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for the promotion and sales of the entire Atelier Keaton offerings, through networking in the architectural and interior design communities, as well as direct client contact. The Client Relationship Manager will maintain our physical showroom, as well as manage our online presence.  

Duties and responsibilities  
*Deliver a seamless client experience throughout the purchase journey
*Build and maintain deep relationships with the local and national architectural and interior design communities and direct clients
*Be an Atelier Keaton brand ambassador consistently delivering a positive and extraordinary experience for our clients at all times
*Provide a high level of client service, promoting relevant product ranges
*Complete orders and take payments on tablet/desktop
*Produce invoices, PO, and fabric POs and ensure raised in a timely fashion and approved with 100% accuracy
*Maintain the showroom ensuring presentation is to a high standard at all times – fabric displays, cushions, marketing materials, etc.
*Responsible for maintaining the online sales function of Atelier Keaton  

Qualifications  
*Exceptional business acumen, with a strong background in sales
*Natural flair for sales with tons of enthusiasm
*Prior experience in calling on the A&D community
*Strong personal presentation skills supporting an ability to influence and persuade
*The ability to quickly pick up and confidently deliver product knowledge
*A passion to achieve individual and company targets to grow sales
*Great written and communication skills with excellent administration capabilities
*A desire to learn and develop
*First-class client service skills
*Ability to work under pressure
*Skilled in a CRM system and Microsoft Office
*Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
*Experience in the furniture industry preferred Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about   luxury European brands in furniture, kitchens, and/or architectural products
*Working knowledge of AutoCAD or residential architectural drawings would be an asset
*Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
*High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
*A positive attitude Ability to identify growth opportunities including developing relationships with the local and national architectural and interior design community and high potential customers    

Working conditions  
*Working in a showroom environment or have a home office set up with appropriate internet connections to work efficiently
*Local travel to provide clients with “white glove” service
